Doesn't the desk wobble when working with the e-file?
No. The structure is rigid — you work with the same precision as at a stationary salon desk, whether you're filing or painting decorative details.
Do I need to carry a UV lamp, e-file, lighting and dust collector separately?
No. The desk has a UV lamp, dust collector, two task lights and an e-file built in. You carry one desk plus a case instead of five boxes of equipment, tangled cables and extension cords.
Can the dust collector handle filing dust?
Yes. It captures dust right at the source and pulls it into the filter, so it doesn't settle on the desktop or your client's clothes, and doesn't circulate in the air you breathe all day.
Isn't the dust collector too loud for the client?
The desk has a smart-AI mode — the collector adjusts its power to what you're doing. At rest it runs very quietly and only ramps up the moment the e-file is actually cutting the nail, not throughout the whole visit. Your client won't feel like she's “at the dentist's”.
Is the lighting good enough for accurate polish colour matching?
Yes. The desk has two LED channels with different colour temperatures — cool 6300 K for precise colour matching and comparison, and warm 3000 K for client comfort during curing and atmospheric social media shots. You switch between them during the appointment.
Will the desktop withstand acetone, cleaner and frequent disinfection?
The desktop is coated with a two-component 2K polyurethane finish — the same class used on professional kitchen furniture and wooden floors. It resists acetone, solvents and disinfectants, so you can wipe the desk down after every client with no risk of discolouration or dulling.
Will the desk fit in my car?
We checked — a Toyota Yaris and an Audi TT comfortably fit the folded desk in the boot. You don't need a van or estate; most city and compact cars will manage without a problem.
What if I work at clients' homes or in a stationary salon?
At clients' homes the desk is far more comfortable than a coffee table or dining table — you sit ergonomically, all devices are at hand, your client doesn't hold her hands at awkward heights and you don't hunch. For stationary salons we adjust the desk height to order.
Can I return the desk if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days to return it from the date of delivery — no questions asked. If the dimensions don't fit your workspace, your business plans changed or the desk simply doesn't meet your expectations, we collect it and refund the full amount. Just email [email protected].
Do you offer discounts for returning customers?
Yes. Nail stylists who come back for more desks (a second station, equipment for a business partner, outfitting a bigger salon) get individual terms. Write to [email protected] — we'll work something out.
How is MN-System different from a regular manicure table?
A typical folding manicure table is just a top on legs — you buy and carry the e-file, dust collector, lamp and lighting separately. MN-System has all of it built in and controlled from a single touchscreen, yet still folds in 2 minutes and weighs 14.5 kg. It's a patented design (Polish patent no. 246005), awarded the MTP Gold Medal at beautyVISION 2025.
How much does the mobile manicure desk weigh and how do you carry it?
The desk weighs 14.5 kg. Once folded, you carry it like a suitcase — in one hand, no trolley needed. For mobile work we recommend the dedicated transport case, which protects the desk in the car and when carrying it up stairs.
